Grip Strength: Maximal hand/forearm strength—key for punching, clinch, and upper-body force.
Countermovement Jump (ForceDecks): Lower-body power, peak power, jump height, force, and asymmetries.
Drop Jump (ForceDecks): Reactive strength, landing mechanics, and stretch-shortening cycle efficiency.
Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull: Maximal force, relative strength, and rate of force development.
Sprint Testing (VALD SmartSpeed): 10m and 30m acceleration and top speed profiling.
Purpose:
All tests follow standardized protocols to ensure reliable, repeatable results, aiding long-term athlete development through measurable feedback for athletes and coaches.
