HUF (Heron Ultimate Fitness) was established in July 1996 at the southeast corner of Hurontario and Queensway in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Built on over two decades of experience in training, competition, coaching, management, entrepreneurship, and life, HUF has become a cornerstone of the local fitness and boxing community.
HUF is home to Canadian WBA Welterweight Champion Kane Heron and Junior National Champion, as well as Amateur WBC and IBF Champion, Faith Rego—both trained from the ground up by Andrew. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of impacting thousands of lives, guiding transformations that go far beyond physical fitness. From weight loss journeys to renewed mind, body, and spirit, HUF has been a catalyst for meaningful, lasting change and strong relationships.
