Richard Souce, founder and head coach, began boxing at age 15 and went on to become a National Amateur Champion and a top-ranked professional fighter. His career highlights include rankings of #1 with the Canadian Professional Boxing Federation, #5 with the World Boxing Council Continental Americas, and #9 with the North American Boxing Federation.
After competing on the national and international stage, Rick retired in 1992 and continued his involvement in the sport by promoting events and coaching athletes for competition.
Today, he leads our competitive team, mentoring the next generation of champions and helping athletes prepare for success both in and out of the ring.
