Saturday, May 23 AND Sunday, May 24, 2026
9am – 5pm ET both days
This online coaching clinic will be delivered via Zoom and led by a course facilitator. Participants will receive the Zoom link Friday, May 22, 2026
This virtual coaching course is designed to be interactive, engaging, and practical. We’ll begin with a brief introduction to get to know one another, followed by dividing participants into seven equal-sized breakout rooms.
Within your breakout groups, you’ll be invited to discuss a few key questions: what brought you to this course, how you plan to use your coaching certification, and a personal experience from any sport (boxing or otherwise). These conversations are meant to build connection while grounding the learning in real-life perspectives.
Throughout the course, each group will also explore content from the reference books and workbooks, working collaboratively to deepen understanding. Core topics will include safety and risk management, fundamental teaching principles, and basic boxing skills, along with additional essential coaching concepts.
Every coach attending the course MUST have an NCCP number prior to the start of the course. If you don’t have a number, please create one HERE.
You should know this number going forward as it will give you access to all the courses you take on the Coaching Association of Canada’s website called The Locker.
*Have your NCCP number with you, as you may need to present it to the instructor.
