The 2026 Ontario Novice Tournament is hosting an all-female sparring session on Sunday, August 23 from 9am-11am. This session is open to all categories, and athletes who are not participating in the tournament are also welcome to attend.

✅ Boxers are required to be registered for 2026 with their province/region (non-competitive/competitive sparring license in Ontario) and have an up-to-date annual medical
✅ Headgear
✅ Mouthguard
✅ 14-16oz sparring gloves. BAG GLOVES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR SPARRING!
✅ Athletes must not be competing in the Sunday finals of the Ontario Novice Tournament
✅ Registration in advance is required (see link below)
