U23/Elite Sparring Camp

Open class U23/Elite athletes are invited to a sparring camp on August 22, 2026 in London, ON, hosted by Boxing Ontario’s High Performance committee in partnership with the 2026 Ontario Novice Tournament.

This camp will provide a valuable opportunity for top U23/Elite boxers to train and spar together; a high-level experience to help refine skills and prepare for both Provincials and Nationals.

Mandatory Protective Gear

All athletes must wear:

• Headgear
• Hand wraps
• 16oz gloves (no exceptions)
• Groin protector (mandatory for male boxers)
